    You seriously dont believe anything that comes out of NRL 360 do you even if its at the bottom of the screen,

    From the official Panthers Twitter page

    OFFICIAL. Panthers has agreed to loan prop Jack Hetherington to
    @NZWarriors
    for the next four weeks. Hetherington can be recalled by Panthers should the need arise. Best of luck Hethro!

    What happens if he gets injured and is off for more than the time he is with the Warriors?

    Don't know the official process but I assume they'd need another loan from somewhere.

    What I mean is will there be any compensation towards our club if he gets injured and is not available for an extended period.

    I doubt it. Seems like a risk/reward situation with no reserve grade at the moment.

    The point is that Hetherington is well in the frame for us - but he just needs some match fitness. Ellis is so far out of favour with Cleary that there is no point keeping him match fit.

    Did I read something recently that the Storm have shown some interest in Ellis for next season? He is a good player and would be a handy pickup for a club requiring some back up. Has never quite got an extended run with us which is a shame because I think he more than useful. I’m sure he will get picked up by someone.

    Unfortunately, Kaide Ellis is destined to be another Garret Crossman and David McLean for us. Blokes who cracked first grade but just weren’t capable of pulling the trigger for a steady first grade career at Penrith.

    He went well, some nice offloads the commentators were praising him for adding something when he came on.

    He was an eager beaver in tackling everything and always in position to take the ball up. A very sound debut indeed.

    According to NRL.com he had 12 runs for 107m gained. 4 offloads (7 total for whole Warriors team) and most impressively for mine was an insanely quick 1.91 second average play the ball.

    He looked decent. But defensively made 12 tackles and missed 4. Probably only area that doesn't look good on paper.
