I’ll weigh in here.
Kikau is a wonderful player when he’s on song but he loses his effectiveness over the course of 80 minutes. That’s not entirely his fault though. We are so poor at using him as a decoy and teams numbered up on him forcing errors knowing we were inept at getting it out the back or playing off his lines.
Nathan had a wonderful year but his biggest issue is his inability to read a game. He is just rinse and repeat. That’s great when your team is on the front foot but when things aren’t working, he offers little direction.
Don’t let his consistency fool you, he has plenty of improvement in him.
