Even if you didn’t want to keep Hetherington, releasing him before you signed Leniu actually increases Leniu’s managers bargaining position. The manager would know that we’re skinny in the props, allowing him to demand more.

We are not talking about just depth players. We have potentially lost 8-10 players who were fundamental to over overall success in 2020. Regardless of whether they played one game or three or five it was about having quality depth and that is gone. Totally gone with the exedus.
