I'm hearing whispers that another ex eel is about to join the coaching staff as head coach for wenty ... This bloke has definitely served his apprenticeship

Forget about all the so called "keyboard heros" and mens room comparisons. This is why we keep reading.
Ta Staggs. Love your work.

Anyway back to the signings. I can confirm from a person at Souths that we did in fact try and sign Tim Grant prior to June 30. I posted this months ago. It therefore makes sense that we would try and sign him for 2016. I actually rate him.

Yes, particularly if Souths are paying a lot of the freight.

Which work? Why get personal? Seriously why dude?

It wasn't Pou who introduced the 'dumb arses at work'. He was replying to a post that compared the current 'debate' to what some of the dumb arses at someone's work got up to.

But yeh, the thread's a bit OTT.

I know it is very early to talk it up but I am really excited about next year. I think we have recruited especially well and have a great mix of experience and youth. We have a monster pack but possibly need one enforcer which could be Tepai with another year under his belt.

I would love us to chase Marty Taupau. However our problem has been defence which is why we have recruited Beau Scott who I think will play more in the middle and not the edge as earlier in his career.

Still stoked with the Kieran Foran signing, the continuing improvement of Corey Norman and the signing of a goal kicking and still quick fullback (Michael Gordon).

If it happened, Taupau and Grant would turn our pack into one of the top three packs in the NRL. Just need to purchase a good centre.

Agreed, am also very excited with the potential of our 2016 campaign.

I agree, I think it's going to be a good year. Defence is the key, we can score points.

I reckon Gordon will surprise a few and really show how important a specialist fullback is - even an aging pass their prime one.

Also if these signings happen we really have a lot of competition for spots which is great.

If we got those two, I reckon Morgan would be fine at centre. He would look a lot better ( not that I think he is as bad as some make out) behind a winning pack each week.

With Alvaro emerging we prob have an extra prop we didn't expect. But Grant is better then Alvaro and Terepo.
We have lost Lussick and Fa'asso who where part of our squad. Replaced by who?

Grant is about on par with Alvaro. Alvaro atm offers a lot more enthusiasm and in his final 3 games achieved over 100metres off the bench which is awesome. I'd have Alvaro in front of Grant purely because of age and we can work with Alvaro whereas Grant is probably the best he's ever going to get and possible on a slight decline atm. He'd be a fantastic 5th prop for us, would really strengthen us in that regard.

Lussick is replaced by Junior Paulo, will be in terms of money if he signs a new deal with us
Fa'aoso is replaced by maybe Wicks in terms of money.

WHo the flying F$$K are you? You do not even have a star - So your opinion and respect must be earned. At the moment you are not doing a good way of going about it.
We can joke around with POU cause we post on here a lot and in a way know each other. But some blow in like yourself can basically go blow yourself. Now pull your head in.

Oh my goodness. I'm glad this is your life champ. What a pathetic dick you must be. Another keyboard gutless gimp.
I'll tell you something you dimwit. I've been reading these forums for more years that half of you have been on here, just never joined due to busy life and other things I wrote about in the lets get to know each other thread. But decided to join this year.
I joined with the best of intentions to create and contribute to the conversation. However one of my first post coped a load of abuse and name calling by Poo and its been like that ever since. Unlike some on here I'm not backwards in defending myself, especially when some on here have opinions that boarder on moronic. If you and one or two others don't like someone calling your crap exactly what it is, 'crap', then you should partition for this forum to be a closed, private entity. Or perhaps have rules that people ca't abuse other people and their opinions. If you don't want to do that, you'll cop the crap that is on here. Most of m posts relate to our team, players and possible solutions to problems. However if someone is going to abuse me for my opinion rather than just say they disagree with me, then I'll give it back.
So champ grow up and get over yourself. This is a forum, nothing more. I don't like the abuse, but I did not and do not start it. But I will react to anyone giving it out.
If you don't like it either, perhaps have a word with people like Poo and Phlem.
Otherwise relax groover.
