lol..anyone who seriously thinks that Morts would walk away on a heavily upgraded deal given his current form is a complete idiot.

maybe Raider Pete can sign him in the "pig in the sky" weekend.

Agree. Having said that he might find himself spending plenty of time in black and white without a man crush coach on his side. This will test his character no doubt.

These signings would be without consultation with the new or old coach ? Haha that's a can of worms, again.

We will have to wait and see what Kearney wants to do, Kearney may stick with him and see how he goes or Kearney may tell him to play in Wenty for a while. Either way, I know Kearney can be a huge link to getting his confidence back.

Already doing that Stags!!! Thanks mate!

I agree, if Kearney can give him confidence and set up a structure for him to effectively play in, Mortimer will do the rest.....seriously, his attitude is way better than most young players; it's his defining attribute after all. Next year will be the real test.

Cronk, Blair and the return of Mateo. Mortimer to be released to the Storm.

I'm just putting it out there. :D

Oh no, I hope he doesn't sign anyone. I want us to have the cash available for Quade Cooper or another top of the shelf half, not stop gap losers, unless it is for one year.

Star Performers

Brad Murray was outstanding in his final game for the Roosters.

A week earlier he had thrown an intercept and been below his best in the heavy loss to North Queensland Cowboys.

Instead of being gun-shy against the Dogs, he fired the same pass and this time made it work.

His new club Parramatta is set to get a handy half who is not afraid to back himself, nor is he easily rattled.

Daniel would be ideal for the Raiders looking for a replacement for Campo. Just the type of bloke we need at the Club...
All the baggers at Parramatta will realise that the kid is good, but by then Roy, who dresses as Pied Piper these days, could have driven the rest of the supporters out too.
Hope the Eels Club can retain its links with Parramatta Ink as a sponsor. :sarcasm:

 at Muzzas "pig in the sky' ...Mate, you are sounding like a devotee of the clowns running your joint..
