I wonder if we are still trying to persuade hoppa jnr to reconsider? He can still be a man of the faith, him and Jarryd can go to church together!

Nothing has been said on twitter. In fact he was in the blues sheds last night and posted pics.

you know what?? I would say that with most cases, I'm not convinced with this one..not at all!!

As a people person he was great; players loved him! That will be hard to replace!

As a performance manager...if the club is willing to spend, they can get the best of the best; as good as Haydo is, he would have nothing on some of the performance managers overseas!

IMO its one field that the club input into the program outlays how good you are; If i was running the club, would be looking into the NFL performance management....in terms of technology and processes, they are a good 5 years ahead of NRL!

But like i said....its all about the $$$

it's not like the place would collapse without him

0 premierships since he's been there and at times our teams fitness has been questioned

overrated imo

Hayden Knowles has resigned...:(

I'm in shock.

Meh, he has been part of the rot imo!

I know he may be a great guy etc but a change is a great thing!

Hopefully we can replace him with someone from elsewhere who has no relationship with the players......

Humm, does that mean Danny Green will no longer be an Eels fan? Does that mean Jarryds relationship with Usaine Bolt is also finished?

It will be a shame to see him go. Came in as a Part timer at the club, and Brian Smith got Nick Theodorakopolis to put him on as the Parramatta Powers Strength and Conditioning Coach to give him a full time gig until the NRL side could offer that. Been at the club for ever, was the start of ParraTV/EELS Reels and has a true love for this club.

All the best H.

maybe asked blokes like Eric Grothe, Glen Morrison, Timana Tahu and Paul Stringer who has all had their careers extended because of him, then ask guys like Brett Emerton, Danny Green, Usain Bolt, Vic Darchiniyan and Nathan Bracken who have used him at some stage and continue to use him...you're kidding me, if you guys think his overated, maybe he his replaceable maybe codius is right and we need to invest on a guy from overseas, but to say he's overated and part of the rot is extremely shallow and smacks of opinions with no idea.

Hayden is a great bloke , no one can deny that. Having said that , in all fields there is sometimes a need for change and some good will come from that. I hope so in this case.
