Knowles is great for our guys. He's firmed up great relationships throughout the club and seems to be great with the players. Will be sad to see him go considering how long he's been there for

maybe asked blokes like Eric Grothe, Glen Morrison, Timana Tahu and Paul Stringer who has all had their careers extended because of him, then ask guys like Brett Emerton, Danny Green, Usain Bolt, Vic Darchiniyan and Nathan Bracken who have used him at some stage and continue to use him...you're kidding me, if you guys think his overated, maybe he his replaceable maybe codius is right and we need to invest on a guy from overseas, but to say he's overated and part of the rot is extremely shallow and smacks of opinions with no idea.

Bracken had to retire, he never came good from an injury he has had for 2-3 years. Good job Hayden.

Yeah his definatly not overrated. Great at what he does!
But like other people have said, sometimes as great as someone is; a change is needed...for both parties!

Its a position within the club that can be replaced with much more ease then others...Hopefully were are proactive within our search and look outside the square! Performance Managers can be found anywhere from swimming to gymnastics...

maybe we can replace him with a rookie that has served an apprenticeship under a premiership winning performance manager, seems the best way to go:crazy:

Never mentioned being overrated, just said he is part of the rot that set in at the club! In fact, he is the only constant!!! You can be the best in your field but it doesn't mean you can not go stale at your current employ!

Hayden is a great bloke , no one can deny that. Having said that , in all fields there is sometimes a need for change and some good will come from that. I hope so in this case.

Maybe this would have been better wording.

Exactly right!

Along with a top performance manager, i would love to see the club employ a full time sports analyst as I believe the jobs go hand in hand!
The amount of benefits we could get from there parallel would be amazing!

El, the program which in 100% of every case is set up and handed over to the fitness and training staff by the head coach...that has been questioned!!!
Ok so the fitness is organised by coaches. If that's the case no big loss. He ain't responsible for anything then.
It's the coaches and not him.
