Well i would suggest its more than jsut money. Whilst he may have an offer, its obvious there is no spot for him in our first team.

Well he's not going to be offered a first chance halfback spot at any club in the NRL. He's going to be looked at as a depth option at best or if he's lucky a bench utility.

I don't know. If he did it wouldn't be on big coin. He'd probably earn more taking a top 25 spot if he can get one in at an NRL club where he'd at least be guarenteed 55k.

Mcguire has shown he can play 9 at A
high quality level here, and his performance at 6 was very polished too.

He could almost certainly do the job at 7.

Pretty handy bloke to have on the books surely?

i reckon he'd be the same ... he didn't have some magical benji marshall type game v the sharks, he just did the job very well (altho that pinpoint kick for burt almost made me do a cartwheel) ... i think he'd just be the same against a better team: work hard, composure and intelligent play

doubt a few bob is what the club is negotiating with robbo, more likely length of contract.

i'd be guessing he's offered 1 year or possibly a play as you play contract

Robbo should get a deal in ESL, he's good enough and certainly better than some of the imposters over there.

Case in point: James Webster is still playing at age 32 and has just extended his contract with Hull. Robbo is twice the player than he ever was.
