maybe we have because both Spag and Ossie knew nothing about it, in fact spag said that as far as he know we're not negtoiating with anyone from England.

Was about to say this, just because we are being linked to people by the media doesn't mean anything.

By the way, to the naysayers saying we aren't targeting big-name players as we apparently "should", try Matt Duffie, Bronson Harrison and Issac Luke from earlier in the year. And also, who is to know how much cap space we have left?

Also, I'm pretty confident Esi Tonga will turn out to be a great signing after watching the Titans game on Saturday; the kid has skill, speed, strength and that little bit of class. Looked good in a pretty poor team.

Well you'd assume a fair bit hopefully when you consider we've only signed Sandow, Tonga, and Roberts for next year, yet still have 9 members of our current top 25 off contract or have already signed with other clubs.

Good to hear, he can be our left winger next year as our goalkicking will be carried out by Sandow. Unfortunately the coach has to be tough if we are going to be fair dinkum next year. Loko and Tonga on left edge eith Reni would be much more potent than the current setup

Sandor Earles twitter link(I'm not sure how to post it here) has wished Joseph Paulo from the panthers good luck as he has just signed with the eels.

Lol...explains 1 thing,

I was standing near Spag yesterday, and during the 2nd half turned to me and asked if Joseph Paulo is out there? And I said yes he's number 12!! He was also one of the players responsible for keeping Reni quiet!

does wenty need more player in the Bundy cup?
He is no first grader.
Would be better with the u20's players we have for depth then this signing.

Seph Paulo is a good player who hasn't been given many shots under Elliott. Better than his brother and gives us good depth in the backrow.

He had big wraps on him a few years ago, hopefully Kearney can do what Bellamy did for Maurice Blair.

Sounds like a good depth signing, at least we are moving to sign these kinds of players to boost our reserves quickly and not put it on the back-burner until the end of the season (2010 god forbid).

Is Wenty supposed to have a salary cap ? Like the Newtown coach said on Fox the other week. Wenty's team is worth $1M and Newtowns $100. The silvertails got beat by the Jets too. LOL at irony.

Another depth signing. Atleast the nsw cup team is a chance.

Signing good depth players now whilst we are waiting to tie up first-team signings is apparently a bad thing according to people around here.
Great depth is much better than having no depth.
