I made a comment to a Panther supporting mate on Saturday that Carrington Park was a bit rough, but still better than Brookie. The NRL should kick Moanly out of the comp until they relocate to a better ground, or get the council to fix up Brookie.

Ken Sio has learnt it; there's no reason the others can't learn it too. In fact Vai Toutai has improved massively since last year - he started 2013 as an under 20s centre.

Thats not true Pou-you cant put brains in statues mate. I agree Toutai has potential but as it stand he inst quite first grade standard and will cost us games.Sio wont cost us games. Toutai may come good but also may not.Sio also has better footwork and in general looks a smarter player.Something you cant teach.
I agree that the cost difference between the two means Toutai better option thou.We signed him whilst in reserves and he wouldnt be on a lot.Id say min where as SIO would demand atleast twice the amount for a slightly better winger.

You would have to pump a bit of money into Brookie to get it upto scratch. There could be drainage and irrigation problems which wouldn't be cheap to fix. Then there is maintaining it. The council seems to do a decent job, but to keep it upto NRL standard you need people working on it all the time.
