Don't know if it's true or not but I heard rumours saying that penrith are going to make a play for Tom Weaver

Does he have the size and defence to fit the Panthers system for a half though? He is at least 10 cm and 10 kg less than our current 7’s and 6’s in our first grade squad, and averages 10% less tackle efficiency.
