As far as I know they are trying to get SBW to attend a function at the Dogs .. mending the fences etc ....

That is probably how the rumour started...

Personally, I don't think SBW will attend the function as many people who have voiced strong opinions about him in the past would be there.

The Dogs do have a way of moving on and staying on good terms with most past players so it is possible .... I just don't think SBW will step up or if he currently considers it important.

If he doesn't go, he may regret it in later years, or there may be another opportunity.

He was contracted to the Dogs from the age of 13, many people at the club did a lot for him.... it would be good to mend the fences.
