Marshall is a shadow of the player he once was. He needs a change of clubs. Not us necessarily just a change.

It must be Pou. He was the best player in the world 2 years ago. You don't just lose it.

I think your wrong there.2 yrs is a long time in sport.A lot of players can get old in that time.
I might be wrong but i have a feeling slater may be only a year away from slipping down the ladder

I agree with you re: Slater. Inglis is now the best fullback in the game.

And Hayne was the best player in the world 4 years ago.
It isn't Hayne and it isn't Marshall.
It's the f**k heads around them.
Sure, these type of players can lift their team, but it works both ways.
Currently, Hayne and Marshall both have a bunch of guys who ain't putting in. When those guys can't create chances including going forward, it's left up to the stars to do it and the pressure increases on them.
It's been clear for all to see that Marshall is doing what Hayne has been trying to do for 3 years now. That is, get his shit team out of a hole.
They try harder. They try desperation plays. They do stuff they wouldn't normally be required to do. Hence, the mistakes and failures.

I bet both Hayne and Marshall wish they played at the Storm. The only club/team that would (currently) accommodate them and their ability, year after year.

I'd take him on a 10 strikes and you're still not gone contract mate.

It might be just me, but I'd rather a club who loses and has no dickheads, than one that does and people despise.
Of course, if we win a comp, people will hate us. But we can do it with no dickheads.
Just look at the Swans.
