Silencing the voice
There is a well-known NRL ground announcer ready to be given the heave ho. We hear the bloke - who is loud and overpowering - won't see out the season. His impending sacking will cause some angst due to his famous connections. Stay tuned.

Great news. Hopefully in conjunction with this great news, we can get the PA system fixed too, so that those of us in the stand don't have to put up with the squealing/feedback sound that can last up to 10 - 15 minutes.
