Seriously f**k off with this shit
If mental gymnastics were an Olympic event you're on the dais. The cognitive dissonance astounding.I should have put the long serving at the end - but it does show the Roosters are above board as far as the cap goes

Never said that at all and again you make claims which you are unable to substantiate and which are false. Tell me you didn't watch any Dragons games in 2025 with a view on game management, without telling me you didn't watch any Dragons games in 2025 with a view on game management.Roosters have struggled against top sides and in general really because we lack a good spine. We've had players like Lachlan Lam, Kyle Flanagan, Sandon Smith, Drew Hutchison, a struggling Luke Keary and others line up as regular spine players whilst Melbourne and Penrith have had the likes of Papenhuyzen, Grant, Cleary, Luai, Edwards, Munster and Hughes, of course we've lost 20 in a row to them.
A half has become available, 20 games of Origin, 15 games for Australia, has single handedly won the Dragons games before, almost 350 first grade games but not seeming to be slowing down or becoming more injury prone, 4 time Origin winner, a World Cup winner. Why not sign him? Because he bottled a grand final 10 years ago and because he lost by a point to a superior team without his halves partner back in 2018? Come onnnn.
At the end of the day a halves combination of Ben Hunt and Sam Walker could win a comp and could trouble Penrith or the Storm. Chad Townsend and Sam Walker or Sandon Smith and Sam Walker is at best going to run 5th or 6th. Ben Hunt needs to be a high priority signing for the Roosters preferably until the end of the 2026 season.
