Why not? We've got a very experienced forward pack, and by the time next season starts, 3 of them will have played for Australia. He's exactly what our pack needs - get him away from that Brissy bikie and let's see.

Haas is reported to be very unhappy with his deal but it sounds like he is agitating for a release. If you were ever going to use Klem as a bargaining chip it is in that scenario.

If it was a normal circumstance, maybe. His pride has taken a huge blow and he will be looking for redemption at his next club. Broncos will be paying some of his paycheck and if we can take his good games from 1/3 games to 2/3 games, we have gold on our hands.

I hope Watson stays, let’s not forget the club decided to give him another year after 3 injury riddled seasons, surely until this season he’s missed more games than he’s played. I would hope that he doesn’t expect massive money or try using us as a bargaining chip. Not saying that he should take massive unders to stay either but I hope both parties can reach a win-win outcome.

Keeping Fitz doesn’t make much sense given there’s probably better back rowers we could get for cheaper.

I’m glad the club is looking for Gags to lower his asking price. I don’t mind if we sign him but gone are the days we’re we should have to pay overs for a player like him.

Not that surprised that Finucane probably doesn’t want to leave Melbourne, they could win another couple of premierships in the next few years and we will be winning 0 premierships during that time frame. If he’s not keen to come here then we should move on.

Haha if we lose Watson over Mann... yikes. Making "tough" decisions is what separates the great clubs and the also-rans. This would tell me we're still happy to be the latter.
