why not 1 or 2?

what if he doesn't prove capable of first grade? they then have a contract to move on.
Because if they offer one year then if he kicks on, he's more expensive when he signs his next contract. It's a relatively cheap way of speculating. But I guess 2 years would also be a way to do this. They are probably budgeting on 2 years to establish himself because he's young then the last year of his contract they get good value.

i can understand that sort of it if it was one contract, but it seems like they have offering 3 years standard to lure players to sign and they're all players with risks attached. no doubt they're backing the coach in those decisions, but are potentially setting themselves up for another shitfight if cleary doesn't see out his tenure

When you look at his performances in the ISP he is outplaying plenty of fringe first graders. That plus his age make him very low risk. He will be 24 at the conclusion of this Tigers contract.

I am only curios of the men who wont pee in urinals. They go into the cubicle. I quite enjoy the urinals - Just flop it out and let go.

some people have a 'shy bladder'. Others might actually be a woman, or have a tiny dick, or might just like reading the graffiti in the stalls.

I remember a time once standing at a urinal and nothing would come out. It was quite a dilema. I had to fake it

If you're a true gentleman, you should pee sitting down
While most men feel that there is something decidedly unmasculine about urinating sitting down, Phil Robinson is happy to admit that he goes to the loo like a lady.

I can't actually get it all out if I try to pee sitting down. There's always a 'round in the chamber' that I can't get rid of until I stand up, then it squirts out all over the floor and anything (or anyone) on it.

I thought he signed for 3 years ?

Gronky, he signed a one year deal with another year in his favour. Now with the French rugby regular season ending in June next year, Semi could possibly return in rounds 12 - 14.

And with His management saying Semi would rather have stayed, I'm thinking this is a massive possibility.
