Injury related breaches are pre-approved on application to the NRL before naming the playing squad each week.

If the NRL approves them. I mean, we didn't actually lose any points for our significant breaches of the 2nd tier cap in 2014-15 or whatever year it was.

My original post was about assembling a squad that was over the cap, not breaching the cap through the course of the year with injuries, etc.

I was paraphrasing the NRL's comments regarding our Salary Cap cheating in 2016.

Unfortunately he didn't impress at Wenty, no doubt there will be a number of players moved on. Last week, the 2 NYC players were basically the best performers in ISP, expect that the club is more than happy to place emphasis on that group coming through than shall we say journeymen.
