I do feel for Sandor. It does seem like he is in a good state of mind so hopefully he will be able to gget over it ASAP and see some footy before the end of the season.

The fact the NRL was given the opportunity to reject the TPA before the player signed means the Panthers were doing things by the book.

From my understanding the NRL only had the opportunity to reject it cause Maloney blurted it to the media that he was waiting on he club to arrange the 3rd party. So that would be a No.

If he was smart enough to keep his mouth shut the deal would have been done.

Meh, the whole idea of Hayne doesn't excite me at all, I would have preferred Napa any day of the week. Hope there is at least another angry big bopper to come instead if the Napa thing is dead.

I think I'd prefer Napa as well. But I can see why there would be pressure to sign Hayne (sponsorship, bums on seats, merchandising, etc). If Hayne comes I'll support him (I've never bought into the whole "Hayne is toxic" routine), but if he doesn't I won't cry over it.

I stand by what I have been saying all along about Moeroa. He has been underwhelming thus far for all the hype and coint that he would be on due to all the hype and potential.

The 3 carries he made in his last game before he got injured were the best that I have seen from him ever. Which gives me some hope that he maybe learning how to use that big frame of his at last.

But up until now he offers less then Mannah this last season, which is hardly inspiring and or exciting at all.

We the club are thus far the loser in return on investment with Tepai. Will it turn around and will he earn his lofty reputation and price tag?

We will see.

Give him time, brother - he's still young, and he's got the opportunity now to play outside a genuinely dangerous half in Moses.

Also, for all his deficiencies in attack, he's a stone-cold BEAST in defence.
