Ok I will give you one I made up.
I am hearing Brisbane will make a late swoop for Corey Norman.
That's interesting.
Where do you think they would play him?
Do you think Bennett would see him in FB which is where he was originally destined or would he look to leave him in the halves?

What position is Jack Bird playing in Brisbane? Will someone have to consider changing positions and will they be happy about it? Will leave that there..

Three NRL clubs chasing English giant
7Sport / 5:44pm AEDT

At least three NRL clubs are keeping close tabs on the biggest human in the land of giants otherwise known as the Rugby League World Cup final.

Standing at almost two metres and tipping the scales at 115kg, St Helens prop Alex Walmsley has been enormous off the bench for England during the tournament.

After missing the opening game against Australia with a virus, Walmsley gets his chance to match strides with the NRL’s very best big men in Saturday night’s decider at Suncorp Stadium.

7th Tackle understands the Sharks and Eels are watching the 27-year-old with keen interest, while Knights coach Nathan Brown blooded him in the Super League while at St Helens in 2013.

Overlooked for top junior sides as a youngster, Walmsley was a relative late bloomer compared to established English stars James Graham and Sam Burgess.

He does, however, hail from the same Yorkshire town as the Burgess boys – Dewsbury.

Walmsley has a year to run on his contract at St Helens, who would not let him go without demanding a huge transfer fee.

But 2019 is a different story.

Walmsley was coy when asked about interest from the NRL following his devastating performance in England’s quarter-final win over PNG just over a fortnight ago.

He told Channel 7 he was only interested in concentrating on the tournament at hand.

Eels to throw Madge a lifeline

Sacked South Sydney coach Michael Maguire is close to resurrecting his career - at Parramatta.

Maguire looked set to take a year out of the game after being punted by the Bunnies late last year and then missing out on the NSW State of Origin job to Brad Fittler.

But WWOS has learned that Maguire is in the frame to take on an assistant coaching role with the Eels in 2018.

Maguire is close mates with Eels coach Brad Arthur - the pair were both in the Melbourne system a few months ago.

Both are Craig Bellamy disciples and share the Storm coach’s no-nonsense work ethic that has made him the most respected coach in the NRL.

The Eels have a vacancy in their ranks following the departure of assistant coach Peter Gentle - ironically to Souths.

Maguire had several approaches in both England and the NRL but wants to keep his young family in Sydney, making the Eels a perfect fit."

Makes sense, KA appeared to have jumped him towards the end of last year for a wing spot.

And while I doubt he is on huge money (guessing around $300k), it's probably to much to waste on a player to play NSW cup.

We also have cheapie back ups in Davis/Jennings and two young players with potential in DA / GL.
