^^^

They went to The Rocks for a few beers.

Slothfield says

"The next morning (Tuesday) they had an email from a patron of the hotel saying they behaved poorly, were obnoxious, they swore.

FFS is that it ?

They swore????? Oh my God I can't believe it. Like as in actual cuss words? I hope the F one wasn't used as that is an outrage.

Pointing out the things we can fix isn’t making excuses.

We can fix our discipline. At this stage of the season there’s not much else we can change.
Actually there are 4 things the playing team can and should work to fix immediately.

1, Discipline - concentrate on not doing the silly things, like offside, stripping the ball and staying on the tackled player
2. Enthusiasm - come to work (game day) with a mongrel attitude that says "I want to play to the best of my ability for the whole game in every play, tackle and pass that I make. I want to walk off the field as a winner and be hating myself and the opposition if I don't."
3. Camaraderie - be there for your team mates even if you don't truly like them. You need them and they need you to work together.
4. Respect - for the club, your team mates, your coach and your fans, especially your fans as they pay your wages - the others enable you to enjoy your twenties and early thirties doing something you love and getting paid for it while most other people have 'settled' into a career that they won't like after 10 years and will get paid only a portion of what you are getting. Stop being best mates on the field with the guy who just kicked your ass - fans do not want to see that. Leave that shit till after showers when the fans have gone home. Don't disrespect us by making it look like you don't care that you lost.

TLDR: fix your effen attitude.

Some of the things that need to be fixed should never have been a problem in the first place.

Better why haven’t they been addressed? Size? Defence? Learning to turn the tide when it’s against us? Defensive coach? Head of football? Recruitment?

In 2016 we had all these traits and more how have they disappeared with basically the same team and coach?

Defence is the mark of a teams attitude and THE most important skill for a team to have and we are currently f**king woeful.

We have the same type of forward throughout our pack, we are 2 big boppers short. Mau’u, Mannah and Scott need to go and need to be replaced with guys who bend the line and cause oppositions concern every time they cart it up.

If they’re a problem it is down to lack of funds or bad luck. If the game has changed to no longer suit us that’s no merkin’s fault. But continually harping on about size ignores what’s wrong with our team. Bigger forwards wouldn’t fix any of the things that are wrong with our current performances. Big packs have been getting smashed all season so far this year. They certainly don’t go any better without the ball.

So we’ve had bad luck for 32 years straight now? When are we as a club gonna be held accountable for our own bad luck. That bullshit doesn’t wash mate.

Warriors, Dragons and Panthers all in top
with monster packs, your logic is flawed and the biggest stat that proves that is the table.

Wonder why Green, Widdop, Hunt and Maloney look like superstars? Cause they’re forwards aren’t just laying platforms they’re monstering opposition forwards.

Wake up and let’s start taking some ownership of our misfortunes because for 32 years it’s everyone’s fault but Parramatta’s.

It’s a fair point. Young single dudes might theoretically have more time to devote to work, but in practice it rarely works that way. And you know the married dudes are far more likely to have their minds on the job.

Single men are still hunting for a mate.

Married men have mated and they either want to do whats best for family and work hard or stay away from wife and works only option.

Well it's been a problem for a month, what makes you think BA can turn it around in a week let alone for the rest of the year???

Raiders, Bulldogs, Cowboys at the bottom of the table, also with huge forwards.

Actually they don’t. Three of those blokes have the most missed tackles in the competition. And only Widdop looks like a star because he is one. The others are just getting a lot of opportunities because they're completing their sets.
Cause they’re forwards aren’t just laying platforms they’re monstering opposition forwards.
That's what happens when you've got all the ball.

Nobody involved in the first grade side has been here longer than 12 years. And he's injured.
