I never said anything about him having to replace anyone. I just believe that the coach is responsible for the overall predicament that we are currently in. He has no excuses after 5 years. He has created what we have. It is his vision everyone else is following. He hired or ok'ed the hiring of football staff, etcetera.

So if the players aren't up to it after tweaking with the roster for 5 years and there is no depth there to replace badly performing footballers, then it is of his creation. His own hand. He is the boss man. For now anyway.

The juniors right through to grass roots level are a mess.

How is the quality going to improve when you have 2 or 3 clubs stockpiling the talent/numbers.

I tell you what BA did.....Never gave enough respect too a quality prop. Instead signed 6 or 7 that are all ok but none that are great. I almost feel like he fell for Bennets bullshit you dont pay a prop more then 250k. On the book that is. The warriors went put and signed 4 big men, tigers 2. I dont want to go through every team but was quite a few around.

Also hooker was an issue and not adressed. Also a big fail for me.

Yes we can turn it around and yes we can make the 8. But this was meant to be our window, I do not see this team winning the comp or even a chance.

No quality goal kicker

Fix the above and we can win it.

It is worth the question why BA hasnt any juniors or guys pushing to make their Nrl debut. I think we had Bevan in 2016, none in 2017 and seems like nothing is ready for this year. Is this BA fault? If not his then whoever is doing the recruiting.
We should have 2 every year minimum debut. If someone wants to put a list up of debutants from 2016,17 and this year id say we are bottom 2 or 3.

Plainly spot on Hindy. And just to add to the list, now that Semi is gone, we need a great winger too. I have heard that we are in the market for Mansour. I'm not to sure about him. This season he hasn't really impressed me. I hope we don't get him at the wrong end of his career.
