Plainly spot on Hindy. And just to add to the list, now that Semi is gone, we need a great winger too. I have heard that we are in the market for Mansour. I'm not to sure about him. This season he hasn't really impressed me. I hope we don't get him at the wrong end of his career.

We only need to adress wing if we fail to adress forwards IMO.
Mansour has been average since last knee injury. Cotric is the one we want.
Package French and Mannah as a straight swap.

It's been a frustrating start to the season, but hang in there - we are one good 80 minute session away from turning our season around.

We can only hope but there is not much to celebrate yet. What I'm looking for is pride in the jersey and have seen nothing of that yet. I can cop a loss if they play like Souths did last nite. On what I've seen so far I really think we are not fit.

Our tackling is fine. The problem is that we are making too many of them.

The Tigers might've conceded 18 penalties against the Storm but that just means they should've had a few blokes binned. Deliberate penalties on your tryline is a benefit, not a disadvantage. It's the reason for the crackdown. In that game they still only made seven more tackles than the Storm, and only missed one extra. The Storm gave them plenty of ball though, making nearly thrice the number of errors - 17 to 6.

Only 7 more tackles means most their tackles are effective. Are our extra tackles because there are many ineffective?

I'm sure we have a couple of players on overs. But we would also have a few on unders. The important thing is total value of your squad under the cap. If we refused to pay overs for anyone we wouldn't even spend close to the full salary cap.

Unfortunately if you run near last you have to pay overs to attract quality players, if they even decide to come. Think Tigers paid $800k for Reynolds who I don't regard as a quality player. If Parra finish down the bottom they'll have to spend big to attract the right type of player to right the ship.
