No, we're discussing it in a very civilised mannah.
What is there to discuss. I am right. What I say is almost always right so why argue.
No, we're discussing it in a very civilised mannah.
I think the more pertinent question is:
Given his role for our team, does he really need to be?
Most sports, quality drama and long walks on the beach.Mate, you might well be right. I've never seen him play. What's he like?
I think all the letters fell of his keyboard and all he can do is click
And yet when our pack goes well was near MOM
Probably the forward pack they're playing behind. Cook has usually played behind big forward packs, whereas Kaysa hasn't. Kaysa's best game was last weekend when we dominated manlys pack.
He doesn't make ours either but what does it matter? Unless you think he's on a million dollars then the level of criticism he's received here is way over the top. He's also not going to do anything to get your club in strife. The answer is no. Mannah doesnt make most teams starting pack.

Just as long as they don’t do that at our, amirite?
Better? Yes. Maybe an offload. I remember once Cayless was cooked he would turn his back on defense and offload, manahed to stay an effective nrl played for extra few season
I rate him? You say that as if there's only two types of players, ones you rate and ones you don't, and they're all the same price. I think he's an NRL player still and I'd have him at the eels at the right price. You rate him. Good so do many others. I dont. We need some forwards with pop and we have barely any.

Alvaro, Brown, Ma'u, Evans, and Terepo all played in the World Cup.
We do need more high quality forwards - but I fail to see the correlation that a need for better forwards means that Mannah is no good, or that he needs to be better.
Mannah has two jobs:
(1) run for plenty of metres; and
(2) be strong in defense.
I'd say he does both things quite well.
I fail to see why the arbitrary measure of "he's not rep quality" means he is suddenly over the hill.
Mannah's metres-per-run is up there with the best of them; the only difference is that he doesn't look flash when he plays, like Fifita.
Through all our poor form, and over the poor years we have had, nobody could - or should, even - ever say that Mannah was the issue, or that he didn't give 100%.
The reality is that every club needs players like Mannah.
Our problem isn't Mannah - it's that the players we have to complement him are similar in style.
But that's why we signed Evans and Paulo.
Terepo is alright but he's a bit small. And had bad hands his entire career. He runs fast before the line but rarely makes a dent. He's alright though, at the right price.Look Mannah IF he got a few offloads away could be part of my team for a few more seasons. He is far to one dimensional.
People knock Terepo but he is quite a good player. His hands have let him down once this season but been good. Few of his offloads and runs have created space and tries.

Try any starting pack. The answer is no. Mannah doesnt make most teams starting pack.
No it makes you correct. We need some forwards with 'pop' alright. If we had a couple of real quality forwards, Mannah (and most of our other forwards) would be fine. Each of our forwards individually is okay; but as a pack, without a couple of stars, they are very ordinary.
Oh! Does that make me a whinger?
