Always liked R F-M when played for Warriors in their U20s but then seemed to drop off the radar. Dogs have resurrected his career and I think they signed him recently to a longer contract.Agreed but I don't think he'd be taking up enough of their cap (unless they had a brain explosion) that it'd help them enough to fix any cap issues, plus I think he'd be one of the last they'd want to lose
Doesn't he come with moonface as his offsider? What about Don Lane from Manly ?
Dropped off radar? Resurrected career? That's a bit over the top language for a dude who's 24 years old. It's far from an immediate progression from u20s player to regular 1st grader. I assume there must of been some likely financial reason for Warriors to move him to Dogs as it was via a player swap (& Rammy will love the fact the other player was none other than Shaun Lane). And yes he extended to 2020, i.e. not a completely new contract, so probably best we all stop harping on about him before people honestly think our club have somehow ballsed up missing out on this future superstarAlways liked R F-M when played for Warriors in their U20s but then seemed to drop off the radar. Our forwards are the main problem and a good cleanout of them needs to happen. I'd fill out the 30 man squad with a mixture of juniors and imports. As an absolute minimum we need another big body to compliment Paulo (like Hindy have we actually signed him?).Before we sign anyone we need to work out our squads weakness.
Seems like Prop which i assume Jnr has been signed? Is this 100%?
Now here are some positions to consider and not.
Fullback,Halves are covered.
Needs and options in squad
1- Centre - Do we stick with Jennings/Taka/Auvau/Hayne
2 - Wing - Hayne/Bevan/Gjennings/Auvau/Hoffman
Hooker - Kaysa/Mahoney
Middle - Jnr,Evans,Terepo,Mannah,Alvaro,Brown,Tepai
Edge - Manu,KE,Tepai,Niaukore,Taka
For mine edge is where id be adressing first nased on Jnr been signed.
T rex is worth a 1yr deal.
Surely 1-2 juniors will be ready also.
Kaysa recent form gives hope and Gjennings offers value on the wing. If a good 2nd rower was available id go for them first. That pushes Tepai to prop and fills another spot.
A quality centre would be also my next option unless BA thinks Taka or Hayne can do the job.
I would think if F-M played at the warriors to the standard he is now they'd want to keep him.Dropped off radar? Resurrected career? That's a bit over the top language for a dude who's 24 years old. Unfortunately he only runs hard in 1 out of 3 games. Would swap him for Paulo if Raiders are looking at him.Why would eels release him in an area we struggle. A hard running PROP.

It’s nice to dream. You really think the raiders would swap Matagi for Paulo while they are still in finals contention?
Yeah they might. Then again they are currently sitting 3rd while Dogs are 3rd last so possibly (like it's the only variable) the Warriors got the better end of that dealI would think if F-M played at the warriors to the standard he is now they'd want to keep him.
