Agreed, sadly missed IMO. Fishy as well, a lot of quality posters don’t post here anymore. Unfortunately for you all I’m still here.

Dogs are in a diabolical situation with their cap and basically have 14 players off contract and need to fit them all into $800k which is impossible.

The remaining 16 are on huge back ended deals which includes Klemmer, Mbye, Eastwood and the Morris brothers. The Morris boys have been tapped on the shoulder as has Mbye. Looks like Klemmer will be next.

Interestingly Hindy reckons we should also go for Mbye.

With all due respect, the daily arguments between you Bartman were the stuff of legend and were the epitome of everything that you are now saying you apparently don't like. These went on for years and you played a significant role in perpetuating them. Nothing on this forum has ever gone close to that and probably never will.

Lots of people who have been around for a while like to argue that the forum isn't good anymore. As someone who used to read it in the early days, it was only when some more interesting posters came long that I decided to join. It was a pretty boring, nerdy place early on.

I like Avengers wildness. Also being a Mediterranean Descendant I feel like its common to lose it and 5mins later be laughing and forgetting about it.
He might be blowing his trumpet a little but he isnt holding any nasty grudge

re: phartman - he was the real f**kwit type of baiter - its a whole different universe to this recent posting .... and agree suity bit back sometimes, but i cannot blame him cos bart was an utter pest - even i felt the need to bite once in a while and he wasn't pestering me, so i reckon suity was quite restrained

I cannot see Klemmer leaving the dogs ... i reckon its all just talk - perhaps even his manager talking up his interest to try and keep the dogs paying up in the future

Mbye seems likely to leave ... and yeah maybe the tigers. He is doing quite well at fullback .... whether he frees up enough cash at the dogs i dont know

Lastly, i hope no one ever considers Hasler a reasonable replacement ... he is a disaster at cap management .... they are already paying Graham about half a million to play at the dragons and now might need to do similar with others - fmd!!

For the most part he doesn’t hold grudges. Equally though, he doesn’t forget shit.

He absolutely lost his head in the last couple of years. Just obsessed with petty point scoring. Turned me off him completely....and yes, by this stage Suity was definitely being the ‘better person’. Ignoring him was the smartest move he ever made.

However, there were a lot of years before that where Bart wasn’t anywhere near as bad and I think they were equal contributors to the virtually nightly bitchy arguments they’d have.

I never had a problem with it. I found it entertaining.

Ask the only time I’ve ever felt like someone was going out of their way to attack and unsettle me on this forum was due to Suity. H

Id prefer alvaro paulo start and klemmer timmynator and whoever off the bench ... with klemmer getting plenty of minutes

That said, i have zero expectations of ever getting klemmer

No way that will happen with the Morris boys and Eastwood.

The dogs must register 30 players by June 30 2019. Even we need to register our 30th player before June 30 this year. I think we have only registered 29.

If we were to get Klemmer I don't know if you could start him and Paulo. I'd start Paulo and Alvaro and bring on Klemmer about 25 minutes into the game. Both are 50-60 minute players. Would be very easy to run with a 3 forward 1 utility bench with Paulo and Klemmer. But I don't think we'd get Klemmer.

Given Stone is named in the 21 thus week I'd say he's number 30, at a guess.

I think the Dogs will be frantically shopping guys like Eastwood, Tolman, Frawley Foran etc to ESL clubs. Klemmer would be an absolute last resort. Hopefully they get desperate
