Great, so not only do we need about dozen fat forwards, we need some who can kick?
I really don't get the hate of our pack for size/skill. Effort and application perhaps. There are smaller forwards than what we have, it's just they work better as a team to overshadow any deficiencies. We ain't. Or rather weren't. It is at least something that has improved as the year has progressed. Still needs a lot of f**king improving but.

I do think a lot of that has to do with the return of Brown. Whom also IMO was relatively shite in the opening rounds.

But yeah we need better kicking, which is mind boggling how far that's gone backwards. Moses & Norman's kicking games were consistently outstanding last year (i.e. too many games to be considered lucky or a favourable draw). This year they're lucking to find the grass on a grubber kick.

Edit - I also pointed it out ages back, you don't want to blow your elite forward (particularly prop) money this year and miss out on a huge amount of off contract talent next year

Paulo alone gives us a very good pack IMO. You'd probably like another decent cheaper bloke, but it's not fatal if it doesn't happen. Alvaro has had a breakout year (some sycophant with no idea predicted that, not sure who...) and he and Brown running off the back of a big Paulo charge like they were running off momentum first half vs Souths gives us a totally different complexion up front already.

And I agree 100%. There are an awful lot of quality forwards off contract next year that we would be mad to rule ourselves out of signing.

With Paulo we have good balance. You actually can have too many fat forwards and Paulo is enough. Surround him with workers and you have a competitive pack.

I can't believe you still think our forwards are the problem. Playmakers and wing have been our biggest weakness all year.
What happens when he gets injured or suspended. I don't want to rely on 1 dynamic forward to bend the line only.

Goal kicking wasn’t really a problem last, Moses / gutho did ok.

Additionally who wouId you have signed to address goal kicking for this year? It’s not a easy skill to recruit for!!

Gutherson strike of ball is hit and hope.
Moses slightly better.
Both handy back ups

Are you f**king serious? Its been put away 20 years? Geezus!!! That thing is really starting to gain value then and it looks f**king clean!

Nice one!

My father sold a GTHO Phase 3 before I was born, bought it new. I noticed one went for over a million on the weekend. That is just stupid!

I am still smiling in my new VF GTS. What a car!

I bought with 92,000km. It has around 105,000 now. My neighbour offered me 10 grand for it.
Bodys straight but spray jobs average. No rust

Pop quiz for those plaing at home. Who the f**k is the #1 unequvical best hooker in the English Super League this season?

I dont care what age, experience, but who is it?

Why the f**k do we not go over there, throw the money we have to (i.e pay overs) and bring that bastard back? Watching Josh Hodgeson for Canberra yesterday was an incredible reminder how a good 9 is arguably the most important position on the field.

Seriously, answer my question. Who is it and why TF aren't we going mental until he cannot say no?

Dont worry about the paint. And if you are planning to sell it I would love a crack at it first please!

Any team loses plenty when their best attacking players are unavailable. The rest of the Dragons forwards look shit when Vaughan isn't on the field. Likewise the Cows without Traumalolo. It's just how it goes. But when those guys are playing the other forwards suddenly have it much easier, at least in attack. The same will happen with our mob behind Paulo.

Don't put too much emphasis on one game though. I agree Hodgson is a good attacking player but the Tigers made it pretty easy for him. Their forwards got absolutely bent over yesterday.

Matt Parcell. Super League is really only slightly better than ISP/ISC over here.
