Hunt is streets ahead of Moses. It's not even close as a club player.

Aitken is better than either of those centres right now and should have played for NSW. Although Gutho is clearly very good himself

Dufty blows French away based on this season.

Lafai is more skillful in attack than Mennings, and probably Gutho too, but his form has been down too so let's call it even.

Hayne hasn't really played wing for a while so let's call him and MacDonald vaguely even based on lack of information, but MacDonald is a big powerful player and a freakish finisher so Hayne would have a lot to live up to.

Ferguson is better than Mann.

Being a realist for a minute, it's not even close to the Dragons backline, apart from Ferguson and Gutherson.

I didn't say that he was as good as Semi but if you are not impressed with the stats that I posted, then you have an axe to grind.

You posted some stats about hit ups and metres. Notice there wads nothing else to add, like missed tackles,Mistakes etc etc.


He's having a good season but was trash the two seasons before, the bloke is a massive liability and I wouldn't go need him with a 40 foot pole.

I really only don't like Fergo cos I reckon he's a better Shaun Kenny-Derp. He's a seriously dumb footballer. But he's a good winger and he's definitely calmed down without TheDugan around, he'd fill a need in that he's elite at running the ball back. He'd be an ok signing from a completely neutral perspective.

Which is not to say that I'd be happy with it necessarily, because I think he's a seriously stupid human and I don't like the prick. But I've had to deal with supporting worse players before lol.

Koroibete would be a hell of a lot better, obviously.

Agreed, would much rather Koribete. He's not an A grade dickhead for starters.

While I think we defeated that dragons pack minus Graham twice last year ........

They also swapped Hunt for Josh McGroan. Biggest upgrade in the history of upgrades. McGroan was the worst starting half in the comp last year. They did only miss out on the 8 by a game last season.

Hunt wasn't in the team last year, Atkin is a year older as well. Duffy barely got a go last year and he has been a revelation.

It's such a rubbish comparison. They had genuine plod in Dugan and way over the hill Nightingale (who has finally been dropped) in the backs last year, they had Josh fking McCrone playing 20 games at halfback. Euan Aitken had yet to cement his spot, they went through a few different fullbacks and centres and Dufty only played 7 games. Reserve graders like Taane Milne and Kalifa Fai Fai Loa played like 15 games between them.

We had the greatest winger of all time in our backline. Gutherson played a hell of a lot more 'fit' games. Jennings was in good form and French was fit and firing.

Of course we were better last year. That means jack all when comparing a potential future backline to the current Dragons backline. Theirs wins.

The best back we gave is Ethan Party, unfortunately he got a bad ankle injury at the end of last year playing school championship. Has gone for a second operation to clear it up finally, if he gets back 100% , then he is a genuine strike winger .

The perils of playing school footy at 17, interested if he gets full time training ahead of 2019.
