If Tedesco, Tommy T, Gutho, Hayne, Dugan, Cotric are all unavailable he’s a slim chance
Some of them will be retired by the time he's champing at the bit.

No, hi so calleds "problem" is that he puts alot of effort into defense - where as people only rate guys who run like a mad merkin with big hairI have been watching Tepai for a while. I reckon he is type of guy that is still slowly improving. His problem is involvment. He is still 22 and I wouldn't dismiss him yet as he is still NRL quality. Just not elite yet.
24 is the age I see Tepai being his complete package at which point he may or may not be an origin player. He will however give 6 or 7 years at that level which wont be far off origin level as he continues to improve slowly. His problem was he come into NRL 2 yrs too early maybe 3 even. He shouldn't of come in untill 2016 at 20yld. He was never ready. Physicaly he is only getting his muscle tone now.
Niaukore is same age and got to hide in lesser grades while this happend.
I was thinking the exact same thing. Under Bellamy French will become a really good player with his skills, maybe not in Slater mould but close.Wonder if French could end up replacing Slater as the Storm fullback next year... Strikes me as the sort of project player Bellamy would take on. There's a school of thought Munster will go straight back there but I wouldn't be moving him out of the halves if I was the Storm ..
I agree if Bellyache can teach him how to catchI was thinking the exact same thing. Under Bellamy French will become a really good player with his skills, maybe not in Slater mould but close.

Lucky. So, what were your thoughts on this weekend's winning performance?
Lucky.
Nothing to do with the coach.
Dragons were shit.
Lucky.
Agreed.We played well
Drags playing badly had nothing to do with the result. It was all the blueprintAny side that has 61% possesion an extra 5 penalties a completion rate of 93% vs 66% with there main half injured and 2 tries gifted from fullback errors is going to win.Oh and a try when down to 12 men.
That is not genius its reality. We played well but the dragons where disguting.

Surely the blueprint would state have the opposition play badlyDrags playing badly had nothing to do with the result. It was all the blueprint
Why did they have only 39% possesion?
Who forced them to give away 5 extra penalties?
Why did they complete at only 66%?
Why did their fullback have 2 errors?
These are the same things that had us 0-6 at the start of the season.
You don't win by 40-4 due to luck.No Hayne,Gutherson,Terepo for many of those 0-6
Look we won. Dragons played terrible and we belted them.If we played next week the same team would I put my house on Eels winning? NO I think we got a little lucky tbh. Moses had his best game in blue and gold. Dufty had his wprse for the red V.

I don't disagree. Luck can play a part in close games, but its highly unlikely to be a factor in massive blowouts like the Dragons game. Our forms been great the last 8 weeks. With some more luck we would of won 7 of them. Bad luck cost us against Souths, knights, dragons game 1.
We should be on 20 points.
Also bad luck cost us against Brisbane, dogs game 1 and warriors . And with a little luck we beat sharks and Panthers.....
I'd go as far as saying if Hayne and Guth and Brown where playing like are right now along with Terepo we would have 5 more wins and sitting in 8th spot without luck.
