Fair enough.
He may have become stale, but I think an injection of new ideas from some assistant coaches would benefit the team more than just getting rid of BA.
I think he still has more to offer the club. The players seem to love him, and he is a proper Parra man. He led us through an incredibly difficult time and deserves to see out his contract...with some much needed help, IMO.

Whoever our attacking coach is should go. Was it Gentle? If so he didn't achieve much here but at Souths their attack is top shelf. So what is the difference, big skilful forwards perhaps?

So who is our attacking coach now as they are hopeless?

Why would you hire an assistant with no ambition? You'd want to hire the best wouldn't you. Besides whoever does the hiring it probably won't be BA although he should have input in the decision.

The best assistants may not make the best head coaches. Vice versa too

Gentle was the forwards coach, thus why Burt probably didn’t get promoted.

Gentle was defence coach, Murphy is the so called attacking coach.
