f**k you Eelementry! I've been on 8/16 diet for months now, have almost given up drinking and walking 5km a day and guess what - have f**ken put on weight. Wtf is happening????
Hey Glenneel, I think the diet is 16/8, not 8/16. 16 hours of fasting and 8 hours of eating. If you have it around the wrong way I am sure you will put the weight on.

Keep at it, bro - it's tough work.

Only big changes I made were:

* breakfast smoothie every morning, with plenty of veggies, and a little fruit

* capsicum, cucumber, and fruit for lunch

* lots of veggies included with dinner

I had a big weakness for Coke Zero, but I found some no sugar added (ie: natural sugar) mineral waters that have quenched my thirst.

Work keeps me active.

Stay strong, buddy - you will get there.

OK. For what it's worth, I just have fun on here and talk shit for the most part. Is that seriously what you have for dinner? If so, take it to the 'what's for dinner' thread.......You have nothing to lose, I have the time.
