There have been countless instances where you come on here all bluff and bravado and then people categorically and systematically expose you like Portuguese chicken.

When you realise you don’t have a response you get personal and start with the insults.

If you spent more time listening to others than you do telling everyone how great you are you’d probably enjoy your experiences on here more Captain Angrypants.

Lets just face it Guts, we have two differing opinions and I like to be up front and bullish about mine a lot of the time(mainly because I have lost all patience and confidence in our club) so I maybe annoying to you and others, but that hardly means that I am wrong in my criticism.

Your thread - You are running Parramatta. What would you do? has many similar examples of solutions that I and others who you and the apologist have attacked over the years have brought up in post before, but Holyshit batman, you start a thread and these ideas somehow have some kind of merit.

Jeez I wish I was as sanctimonious as you are there Guts and have people praise me about my measures and sensible ideas. As for thinking I am unimpeachable and never wrong, I doubt it. I make as many mistakes or bad calls as the next guy. But what I do is try to listen to people that have new ideas and run them up the flagpole. Some are great and have proven over time at other clubs to be the way to go and others don't pan out as well.

But all I get from melonheads like you is snide remarks and that I am to freakin critical without any solutions. What a load of horse crap. And if my insults are pissing you off, tough tits their champ, I'm in a mood. When I settle down again, I'll be more cordial. But our club makes bad moods very easy to come by.

He puffs up his own stack, then when his stack collapses, and it is pointed out to him, he puffs up another stack, claiming he is never wrong.
If he doesn't like a player, no matter what evidence is presented in support of that player, he will say they are crap and the club are morons for paying them even $1.
If he does like a player, no matter what evidence is presented to show how crap that player is, he will say the club are morons for not paying them trillions.

All you do is put Ram and hindy111 on ignore, and the forums are suddenly full of intelligent conversation (and lots of weird jokes).

We are not going to be able to recruit top line players from other clubs - they always end up at Roosters,Storm, Broncos, Sharks if they leave their clubs. The sombreros and TPAs make sure of it. We also have to pay overs to recruit the next level down, so I'm not sure what Bernie etc do to make us a consistent finals team, besides getting Bellamy as coach.

It's very exciting being a powerhouse though.

That’s because those people shared there ideas in a less confronting manner. Some merkin starts yelling at me that the sky is blue then I pay no attention. Someone says in a more conclusive manner and suggests the sky is blue then I am likely to agree.
I reckon you probably have some good ideas in your rambling but because your rambling is quite abrasive most people will skip over the ideas and just remember the dribble. It’s the 21st century it is well known this is a poor form of communication, but it’s your right to keep doing it that way just don’t be surprised when no one listens

Facilities that provide good working conditions;
Confidence that injury management will be professional if needed;
A culture of camaraderie within the playing group:
Confidence that contract will be honoured;
Getting paid within 10-15% of nearest counter offer

A fair bit of work to do, but hopefully it started with the review and will continue.
