We signed him in 2010 merkin. Statute of Limitations has passed.

FYI - the Thoroughbreds arrangement is not related to the Bronco's or it would be against the Salary Cap rules for TPA's (haha) so the Club couldn't set it up and my mail at the time was that Bill Moss was after slightly more than running an external Corporate Networking group for the club (which is effectively what the Thoroughbreds are). Don't forget his and his son's involvement with our salary cap dramas (google "Black Citrus", "ScoreCube", "Stephen Moss").

Oh and this is an interesting read about Bill Moss and his plans for the Eels.

There were pretty valid reasons for Sharp and Co. to sideline Moss at the time they did.

The Black Citrus, etc was run by the son by the disgraced ex NSW pollie Obied which was my mail.

Yes the Thoroughbreds are 'independent' of the Broncos but somehow always seem to know when they need a TPA. Strange about that!

Or were Sharp & co worried about their jobs? Leadership like Politis shows that a poor club can become a successful club.

Something needs to change, we have little TPAs and are/were under-resourced and funded but continued to lose $10-12m per year. How is that even possible? And our on field results have been deplorable for the majority of the time. Over the last 10 years Parra have won 3 spoons and been to 1 grand final and almost no other finals matches. Not a good result for spending over $20m a year is it?

That’s because backstabbers forced them to prioritise facing a salary cap investigation.

I think the state giveaway had finished by then. Submissions had to be in some time before but the board was so inept they couldn't/didn't do it. That money could have been put into the saleyards development.
