I’d say there’s a chance Norman plays fullback to acccomodate another half.

I also think this may happen but Bevan needs a chance.
My way of thinking is we now have big bodies who can offload in Lane and Jnr along with the possibility KE comes good who is another offloading type that the style of players who benefit most from this in our squad will be these two guys. As much as many will cringe.
Bevan and Kaysa. Both are fast and dangerous in the middle around sloppy defense.
I do not think Norman or Gutherson could exploit it as much. Mahoney I have ot seen enough of, but Kaysa is super dangerous in the middle with broken play. Perhaps top 5 hookers in game in this situation.

I would have thought a team that scored equal tries or there abouts on a dozen occasions had a pack that held it's own. Now we have two strong additions to that 2018 pack.

I'd say more then 2....
Manu was gone
Niakuore,Kafusi,Tepai will be far more powerfull and dominant this year.
Ferguson is like another forward.
If Sivo or GL sorted defense they will also both be like forwards in carrying ball.

Plus Evans shpuld not be given up on just yet. Hopefully this year made him look in the mirror and pushes him to work harder.

Do you have stats on Browns offloads in 2018? I know he played less games but my recollection is that his numbers in this area were down on 2016. My point it that having players who can offload dosent necessarily mean that the game plan will allow it. The same with Tepai. He had great offloads in the junior grades. What happened?
BA says "you need to defend your mistakes". Obvious comments but is there more to this than we know?
I guess its not just offloads but having players in positions to receive. We rarely see either. Goodness I hope this improves in 2019 because without second phase play we are boring and predictable.

I only mention GST to capture the black money in the economy which would probably be around $2 billion or so. That'll catch some of their money that they don't pay tax on. Besides GST gives the state governments money to play with. Also what are they going to do with all the excess public servants that police these taxes? With a transaction tax there'll be no need for many staff as its easy to police.

With that much money coming in, plus another part of their policies was to buy back the farm, utilities and resources areas, then that would also bring in billions, the surplus would generate a perpetual boom in infrastructure, Sciences/medicine and technology to name a few, that any lay offs would be more then compensated for with the new massive jobs creation in every sector imaginable.

The problem wouldn't be unemployment, but where the hell do we get the labour from?

One of my first and they also prioritized it, infrastructure projects would be to permanently fix the irrigation of the nation which would then allow new corridors and towns/cities to naturally develop in the interior of the country. If we got the water supply(creation of new massive lakes and filling the rivers which are always running dry, then Australia could reach long term around 100M population. Then we would be a proper powerhouse nation every respect.

Like I said their policies were based on proper economic models that were considered at the time that Irving Fisher and the other 3 economists at the Chicago School of Economics released their paper was considered by around 86% of all the other American economists to be the best economic model and would easily get America and ultimately the rest of the world out of the Great Depression. Surprise, surprise that the economists that didn't back this model, were primarily Rockefeller backed economists/university professors. No prizes on which models got the green light from the then President and which model got ignored and eventually forgotten?

Also one other aspect and main pillar of this model, is the Nation State(us/we the people) issues our own currency and cuts out the middle men(thieves) banks, as it should have been all along and therefore Australia never has to borrow money ever, ever again. We become the bank and charge the banks interest. The whole dynamic of economics is thus turned on its head in favour of the citizen, NOT BIG BUSINESS, which also would limit pollies pandering to them and maybe they would start to do their job of looking after the country and us the citizens at last.

It's rather rudimentary to say: "Things that happen are facts". I doubt any normal functioning person says "that's not a cat it's a dog" when it is clearly a cat.
Its also rather rudimentary to f**k up a simple quote.

That said, I actually disagree. I think the current political debate is so polarised that people are disagreeing on fundamental facts like this. That was precisely my point.

On a mirco level, Your perspective today of the "facts" of what happened during World War 2 would be infinitely different had Germany won the war.

Your perspective on the "facts" of what is happening in America is infinitely different if you care about the economy and employment than it is if you think racism is lurking behind every corner.

Your perspective on the "facts" of the "Russia hacking" of the American election is different if you have a cold war era mentality or have Gonk's Hilary blow up sex doll.

Your perspective on the "facts" of objective differences between sexes is very different to someone who bows down at the alter of modern feminism and postmodernism.

Your perspective of the "facts" of the ability of education having a godlike ability to create "equality" is very different to someone who bows down to the alter of Carl Marx.

Your perspective of the "facts" of climate change is very different to Gonk if you are one of the 30, 000 scientists that disagree that there is MANMADE climate change and realise that carbon increase historically always comes AFTER the increase of temperature. It's also different if you receive a share of the billions of dollars in politicized science.

Your perspective on the "facts" of Chinese aggression is very different to someone that doesn't soak in mainstream media like gospel on a daily basis.

Your perspective on the "facts" of Hayne's night out is very different to the fly on the wall that evening.

A lot of people would consider these "facts".

Facts and circumstances exist but only through your own perception.

Maybe some would consider these facts, but I don't and never went close to suggesting as much. You have just taken a very long time to say what I said here:

Gary said:
People may have a different perspective on why something happened but the fact that it happened should not be in dispute.

On a macro level, How do you know we are not in a matrix? How do you know your brain is hooked up to a system and everything you experience is at the hand of your creator.
Brandon Flowers?

I suggest you delve deeper into Marcus and realise how flawed humanity is. As Marcus would say waste no more time arguing what it takes to be a good man, be one.
Marcus Aurelius was a dense merkin. He spent far too much time trying to sound intelligent (remind you of anyone) and wasn't a patch on Antoninus.

A bit like comparing Hagan to Smith.

Jealousy is a curse.

I have pool tables and beer on tap at my club.

Yours is just a dark room full of shame, regret and semen.

Hey asshole your club sucks. I had 4 games of pool and 3 pints and before I left you billed me $148.
I liked the hand sown scrotums for pockets on pool table though. Nice touch.

Can't say I know that one, but it gives me goose bumps just thinking about it and would bring water to Gary's eyes pronto.

Opponents didn't have to score tries when we kept giving them opportunities to kick goals due to our lack of controlling the play the balls.

Whoa buddy, seems like you need a good dose of stoic literature

Marcus Aurelius was a dense merkin. He spent far too much time trying to sound intelligent (remind you of anyone) and wasn't a patch on Antoninus.

A bit like comparing Hagan to Smith.

I'll let Marcus Aurelius Antoninus answer this one from beyond the grave:

"Everything in any way beautiful has its beauty of itself, inherent and self-sufficient: praise is no part of it. At any rate, praise does not make anything better or worse. This applies even to the popular conception of beauty, as in material things or works or art. So does the truly beautiful need anything beyond itself? No more than law, no more than truth, no more than kindness or integrity. Which of these things derives its beauty from praise, or withers under criticism. Does an emerald lose its quality if it is not praised? And what of gold, ivory, purple, a lyre, a dagger, a flower, a bush?" - Meditations by Marcus Aurelius

Brandon Flowers?

"You may leave this life at any moment: have this possibility in your mind in all that you do or say or think. Now departure from the world of men is nothing to fear, if gods exist: because they would not involve you in any harm. If they do not exist or if they have no care for humankind, then what is life to me in a world devoid of gods, or devoid of providence? But they do exist, and they do care for humankind: and they have put it absolutely in man's power to avoid falling into true kinds of harm." - Meditations by Marcus Aurelius

These are my favourite Marcus Aurelius quotes:

A people without the knowledge of their past history, origin and culture is like a tree without roots.

If you have no confidence in self, you are twice defeated in the race of life.

Liberate the minds of men and ultimately you will liberate the bodies of men.

He was a great man.
