One of the by-products of Brexit, Trump, the rise of conservative commentators on social media etc is that there is now a greater portion of the population that is alert to historical left wing biases in education, media etc.

This is good as it hopefully means that more people are capable of thinking critically.

The downside though, is that it people are now polarised politically in a dangerous and destructive way.

Most discussions aren’t grounded in facts that are common to both sides and the discourse in parliaments and on social media is typically about as nuanced and clever as an argument in a schoolyard playground.

The slow march through the institutions.

Marcus might have outdone himself with such a brilliantly profound statement but it isn’t in conflict with what I suggested.

Facts and circumstances exist.

Things happen that become facts.

People may have a different perspective on why something happened but the fact that it happened should not be in dispute.

You don't need the GST or any other tax under their 2% transaction tax. From memory it would bring in around double of what we collect currently with ALL the other taxes combined. They have written extensive papers on this and posted them and other on their other policies on the net, but not sure where you would find them now.
I only mention GST to capture the black money in the economy which would probably be around $2 billion or so. That'll catch some of their money that they don't pay tax on. Besides GST gives the state governments money to play with. Also what are they going to do with all the excess public servants that police these taxes? With a transaction tax there'll be no need for many staff as its easy to police.

So, almost the same backline as last year (except for Ferguson). Same hookers. Same halves. Same coach. Different tactics? We'll have to wait and see, but I wouldn't hold my breath. It all comes down to the forwards magically transforming into a strong, cohesive pack that can really dominate the opposition and set a great platform for the same halves and same backline (except Ferguson). Right.
You can only work with the players in the roster and I don't know which juniors, if any, they'll promote and the positions they play.

don't know about French unless somehow he is being shown how not to get dragged over the sideline and back over the try line
Not sure why people concentrate on this. It might happen once every 3-4 games and anybody can be dragged over if close enough. Concentrate on the multiple positives and not one of the very minor negatives.

It's rather rudimentary to say: "Things that happen are facts". I doubt any normal functioning person says "that's not a cat it's a dog" when it is clearly a cat.

On a mirco level, Your perspective today of the "facts" of what happened during World War 2 would be infinitely different had Germany won the war.

Your perspective on the "facts" of what is happening in America is infinitely different if you care about the economy and employment than it is if you think racism is lurking behind every corner.

Your perspective on the "facts" of the "Russia hacking" of the American election is different if you have a cold war era mentality or have Gonk's Hilary blow up sex doll.

Your perspective on the "facts" of objective differences between sexes is very different to someone who bows down at the alter of modern feminism and postmodernism.

Your perspective of the "facts" of the ability of education having a godlike ability to create "equality" is very different to someone who bows down to the alter of Carl Marx.

Your perspective of the "facts" of climate change is very different to Gonk if you are one of the 30, 000 scientists that disagree that there is MANMADE climate change and realise that carbon increase historically always comes AFTER the increase of temperature. It's also different if you receive a share of the billions of dollars in politicized science.

Your perspective on the "facts" of Chinese aggression is very different to someone that doesn't soak in mainstream media like gospel on a daily basis.

Your perspective on the "facts" of Hayne's night out is very different to the fly on the wall that evening.

A lot of people would consider these "facts".

Facts and circumstances exist but only through your own perception.

On a macro level,

How do you know we are not in a matrix? How do you know your brain is hooked up to a system and everything you experience is at the hand of your creator.

I suggest you delve deeper into Marcus and realise how flawed humanity is. As Marcus would say waste no more time arguing what it takes to be a good man, be one.

*Sips his favorite drop*

Yep. It's no different to dropping the ball, which happens about 20 times each game. Merkins just piss and moan because it looks dramatic. But the effect is just a turnover, no different to any high risk pass that results in a dropped ball.

You might be on to something Hindy. TheMan might just be a Bonesman type of guy. Not that Canary yellow bird Gaza turned out to be, trembling in the corner like a little school girl mattering "stranger danger" over and over till the "gags" went in.

What did it for me was when he pulled out his musk spray.

French and his mates have had enough chances. They've got 4 weeks and then they can light it up at Wenty and elsewhere in 2020.

French is a victim of injuries..Give him 10 games behind a pack that dominates or atleast holds its own.FFS
