Good to see Terepo, Alvaro, Toutai and Folau as back-ups only, and Gower is very handy to have around.

But you're right - looks we've got about one space left in the top 25 - which I guess can be filled by Robson if we don't sign anyone other than Hoffman or Sio?

I thought Toutai had been signed to a four year deal just a couple of years ago? Hazy on that but I'm surprised he's not got at least one year to go.

I still think he's a decent backup, but better on the wing. Can finish, despite what we've seen of late.

Agree. If the 7,000 crowd drop for Hayne's second home game is down to other things being on at the Gold Coast (as has been claimed), then imo there's not much hope for hot and cold Hayne's pulling power in a fickle sporting market in nine month's time.

As a gold coaster now, many people talk about League, but the crazy thing is - many people don't follow the Titans. Quite a few mates - they're mexicans - they follow other clubs (Dragons, Knights & Dogs and the eels) Also, Broncos - they're Queenslanders though.
Gold Coast has transformed too many times (Seagulls, Chargers, Giants and now Titans) I forgot who was first - King Wally Seagulls. I'm recent here anyway on the coast.
Yes, they have good juniors - PBS and Keebra park) though something really happens they need a star like Hayne, who knows if they fans will be there next year???? I doubt it though!

For what it's worth the article on the Burleigh Bears website wishing him congrats said that he had signed an NRL contract with the Parramatta Eels (rather than Wenty etc).

Could be reading too much into this, especially as I haven't heard the interview but viable halves option doesn't necessarily mean Gutherson to 6 full-time, could mean Gutherson can play six in case of injury.

* Brown should be announced shortly.

* the outside back isn't a big name player by any stretch but good player who would probably be a better back up than those that are already there, his name was mentioned in social media circles and around the ground last night..

* no mention of josh Hoffman ( although he may be in the picture ) but there could be at least 2 more outside backs that could be done shortly.

* the younger brothers of Bevan French have been tied up for next year both very very talented ( Dion and Luke ) ne is 15 the other 18.

* young tigers nyc player Roy stone is signed.
