I think he needs more seasoning.I reckon Salmon did ok in his few NRL games, but not having NSW cup really hurt his chances this year.
Being a utility type player and still very young, he really needed to play each week to find his most suitable position and play himself into some form/get experience.
He only really has had 1 full year of senior footy, last year. In 2018 he was coming back from a serious neck injury (so only 1 full year of footy in 4 years).
Thought he did ok at centre in the panthers trial.
Hopefully he stays, probably comes down to his price and where he sees the best opportunities are.
He'll end up as flake.I always liked Salmon. Good luck at the Sharkies.

What about the Flanagan led Sharks style or Drags for that matter would you be excited about him bringing here?Given Griffins appointment at The Penfold Flagons the word is that Flannagan will be out of a job.
Would he be a good pick up as a replacement for either of our bone head, BA bestie assistants?
If we were game enough to persue this it could be a very interesting time for our club.
Lol. Be careful what you wish for mate. When he coached the Sharks he had them very strong. It would be cool if he did that for our players.
Thats harsh on a former Eels player. Forgive and forget?Dont want the drug supporting shit anywhere near us and I don't care how good a coach he is.

I can understand this view. Rest assured it won’t happen anyway.Dont want the drug supporting shit anywhere near us and I don't care how good a coach he is.
Go back and read again. He took a while to get going showing patches of good form without being outstanding although he came here with big wraps. And I have mentioned him a few times to replace Waqa. Ironically we have not seen him since he played his best game with us.Hold on a effen minute. You have been saying since day one you never saw anything special in him and he was barely a decent first grader. I thought for sure you would come on here this morning and say good riddance. I logged in especially to see that.
Griffin has a 2 year deal with Drags which ends when BAs does. Depending how he goes might be option for the club.Given Griffins appointment at The Penfold Flagons the word is that Flannagan will be out of a job.
