our forwards were running one out and getting smashed and barely making a dent. We weee coming out of our red zone every set. Are you thinking Moses may have done a better job of running over the top of Kikau or Fisher-Harris than Paulo or Brown did? When did you want him to run?
That one time we were in their 20 and everyone decided to run the same line towards the sideline and no one actually wanted the ball in their hands. Given he can be fiery, if ever there was a time to just turn in and get flattened by their back tower or whoever that was it and he’d have every right to given Gutherson, Matterson and Blake absolute reamings

Moses had two opportunities in the second half where he took absolutely the wrong option.

Both were on the 4th tackle. One kick found touch about 25m out and the other was easily cleaned up by their fullback. No one in our team chased the second kick.

Moses had very little that he could do for most of the match, but those two kicks in the second half were all on him.

On another point I know we were gassed from all the defence, but do we ever put pressure on the opposition kicker?

Being the playmaker I expect him to adapt and change the game plan if it’s not working. He is our highest paid player yet he tried nothing besides putting bombs up 30m from their line.

How about trying to slow the play down and kick to the sidelines for a scrum so our players could get their breath back? That would have been a nice start. It’s not rocket science.

And even those bombs lacked any sort of danger or effectiveness compared to Clearys.....

Polar put a post up thanking the warriors for the last 6 week.

assuming with them out of the finals race now, that Alvaro & Gennings will return to Parra immediately

We tried to at least once but we got coathangered for no penalty, Leota on Moses.

Reed is usually the one who jumps out of 1st marker to put pressure on the kicker, underrated aspect of his game.

A couple of observations for this weeks TLT.
I noticed Waqa spent some time on the wing last game early in the second half. I wouldn't be surprised if he was shuffled out one this week. Surely he cant be persisted with after last weeks effort.
I also noticed Evans was replaced after short minutes not to return following his insipid performance. Its also interesting to note Alvaro and Gennings have been called home.
Tips.
Sivo out Waqa or Gennings to his wing or Fergo & Waqa to swap positions.
Taka into the centers.
Evans out with Alvaro to take his spot.
One can only hope.

Can anyone confirm Hollis isn't viewed as a nrl prospect. Just going off Avengers post. And also that lab doesn't rate Kyle.
Thanks.

And are there any backs bar Dunster in pipeline.
All those backs in SG Ball that keep making under 18s Origin and Australian Schoolboys. Penisini and Loizou and them.

I reckon that was the plan but Penrith had both wingers and one centre back on the last, along with the fullback. With those wingers they wanted to keep the ball in play. The only time Moses found touch was when he kicked early.

He wants to much money 500k for a winger that has played 2 first grade games. We would be going backwards.
Worth a punt imo but I'm not the coach. Lets be honest here, BA won't put Gutho in centres if we have a good fullback, he selects and sticks regardless of form or likely improvement to team.

We were getting hammered by ref giving 6 again calls, nearly all of them i couldn't see what was the infringement.

Doubt there'll be any changes unless injured. We're really struggling if we're talking about Alvaro in team.
