That butter chicken recipe isn't even what they eat in India. They f**king love burgers and fries over there.
Poor merkins have to hold their burger in one hand, and put it down to eat their f**king chips.

Ping @T-Boon who wrote a detailed dossier on the sleeping NRL giant, India.
I also am a fan of pappadams, but f**k butter chicken, a vindaloo is where it's at.

I don't get your obsession with the Indian community tbh. There are indian fans of Parra(along with other teams), problem is you're expecting recent migrants living in Westmead to start going to the games.usually when people are talking about me on sunday's it is because they are in church. J-Boon.
But look, Parra should be all up in trying to get the Indian community to Bankwest. I would show Tendulkar highlights on the jumbotron at halftime and pre game.
Wrong part of the country. Bigger unit in the North! Good luck to them

I am not obsessed with Indians - I am interested in how Parra could go from 15k average crowd to 25k average crowd (generally just how to increase crowds). I see the Indians playing cricket in big numbers out at Parramatta Park and I think they like doing things as a big community. They also like to feel welcome like everyone else so I see them as low hanging fruit. We should bend over backwards trying to get them to the game.
It's mostly a cultural issue. Most of those people have arrived from India recently and are still into Cricket.
Having said that, An ad in local Indian papers would help. Papers are free so it won't be very expensive either.
I don't think the Parra organisation shares your thoughts. In fact, even the HQ has now moved to Kellyville closer to the core supporter base.
There was talk that MON wanted Flannagan as an assistant to BA this year but BA wanted to stick solid with his current supports. Its certainly not out of the question I suppose. BA and our Eels will need a good start to quell the rumours.
well he's an ideas man, problem is they are not all good ideas

I reckon the reason they like cricket is because they're good at it.I am not obsessed with Indians - I am interested in how Parra could go from 15k average crowd to 25k average crowd (generally just how to increase crowds).
