Interesting to see we’ve changed our game day plan.

last 2 years we’ve travelled to intestate games the morning of the game, yet the boys are on a plane right now.

wonder what the thought change was as BA had previously explained the game day travel as being a more ideal plan.

We won 2 from 3 interstate games last year

Could depend on what flight options they had this year. It's a different set up to last year.

I wouldn't swap him for anyone tbh.

Very interesting. I think I read somewhere that the players felt more relaxed (sleeping) in their home environment and travelling the game day worked the best.

Matto is a good player, but that’s a huge call....

And that's fair enough.

But it's only my opinion.

I think Matterson is the best all-round back-rower going around - he may not break the line like Kikau, offload like Junior, or sting in defence like prime Ruben Wiki, but he does everything very well, and is an exceptional defender.

He's also got leadership qualities.

I hope we keep him.

I'm probably in the minority here, but a gripping 10-6 game, with excellent defence, is pretty damn great to watch.

As long as the score isn't 10-6 because both teams are plodding it up.
