Yeah those two are as good as Ma'u, but you couldn't say with confidence that they're better. Cordner is up there too. Jackson, Graham, Thaiday and Papalii aren't quite as good, IMO. I guess SBW would still be better than all of them if he was playing rugby league.

In 2014 a mate of mine said the coaching staff believed Manu Ma'u would become an elite forward with a bit more weight on him. Due to how late in life he made his NRL debut (nearly 26) I was dubious, but they were right. Is there really a better edge forward in the game?

I'm biased, but I reckon not.

Speed? He has it.
Agility? Yup.
Footwork? Hell, yes!
Offload? Sure does!
Aggression? Pft!
Defense? Yes, sir.

Maybe one might argue he is on the small side, but he's damn impressive.

That article states that Lolohea was being enticed to the Broncos as a starting half earlier in the year. If true, you'd have to think that Hunt was tapped on the shoulder back then. If Foran gets the green light you'd have to think Hunt won't be a Bronco in 2017. Whether he is an eel or not I guess remains to be seen.

Manu is very good.. He is ours so fans develop a bond towards them in a non but slight homosexual way.Like Avenger did with Hayne and half you joy boys did.
Boyd Cordner and Frizzell are two forwards who I am a huge fan of ( in a non homosexual way - not that there is anything wrong with it). Thou Manu is more dangerous in a bit of space and one on one. I like a second row forward who from 5-7 mtrs out put on a one on one is basically impossible to stop due to pure power. Manu wont run right over the top of a player, he uses more agility and foot work. Close to the line you have a guy like Papali running straight and hard and isolated and its a try. On the other hand from 50 out and a slight overlap a guy like Manu is more dangerous.
Then you have guys like Josh Jackson who is not as good in any one area but his all round game would score higher.
