I thought that was interesting, particularly Rankin not being on the list. I also thought I read Roache wasn't being resigned too. I wonder if he will be re signed as a back up for Reed? He is still only 25 I think.

We haven’t gone backwards, but I’d hardly say the side has evolved that much particularly in attack. I suppose being mid pack is enough for a club like ours. Shouldn’t expect much else I suppose.

If we moved Blake to the wing we could just use Opacic at centre and not have to spend extra on Scott. This is what the squad is for. Why have thirty players if you're not going to use them?

It's never the same roster because players improve or decline every year. And like Gould said, another year of the same roster is an extra year of players developing combinations.

Or he’s just the most poorly used player at the club, he showed how good he can be in the middle Sat night and he’s always quality on an edge. How Lane is ahead of him is one for Ripleys. I mean Maka was preferred over him against Newy which is just stupidity. Nathan Brown is easily our most overpaid and replaceable.
