Penrith wont let Spencer go. He is a huge talent and they fought hard to re-sign him as dogs where on his tail.
DOGS will want to offload Cotric knowing they have to give Burton a pay rise immediately. They snagged him for about 500-600k. If they hope to keep him there long term they'll need to butter him up.

Cotric at 600k is overs. I dont even know if we would want him at 500k. Maybe if Dogs threw in 120k and Nik took a 30k pay cut. 450k.....

But where does it leave Haze and Russel? Sivo would be on 350-400k and has 2yrs left. He will be in the NRL side I imagine.

Cotric would be subsidised by the dogs. Even if the dogs pay $150k and we pay $400-$450k i think that's a great pickup. Sivo wont be back til round 10 or so. Plus he's regressed..Sivo becomes backup in my opinion

The thing with Sivo is he was very good early in the season. Then he had some poor form the back half. He is a frustrating player but at his best still better then Haze. Just needs consistency. Haze is consistent

With the Dogs chipping in at least 100k Cotric on 500k is better value than Fergo on 500k.

He averaged 130mtrs a game. That's decent. He just gets lazy at times.

It's hardly a shock that once Sivo was injured we our back 5 looked so much better.
