The Tits have released 3 or 4 now from their 2016 backline ?

#masterclass

Three - Mead, McDonald, Hoffman.

Not to mention Douglas and Shillington.

Lachlan Burr off contract and returning to Sydney and Cameron Cullen off to Manly.

Bird is supposed to go this week as well.

Hasn't Zillman also been told that he is free to go?

Watmough was bad his first 4 games..Then he started playing well.
Watmough tired to hard imo. And more was expected of him then Scott.
Scott signing barely got a mention and so when he went well we all where suprised.

I think you will find many didn't think much of the Scott signing because of how the watmough signing had turned out.

His structure does involve the forwards more then the halves, but I reckon that's more playing to his squads strengths rather to its weaknesses.

They really don't have the greatest half combo ( good players, but are they really top halves ?) and they have never had a ball player at fullback.

He structured his team to be like that. Sure in the first 2 years a coach mostly has to play to the strengths of the squad he inherits but he's been there. He could have easily dropped some of those bigger name players and bought better halves.

Will Hayne walk before his contract runs out if as expected the Titans struggle in 2017?

I've had the opinion since the outset that I don't think the Titan's were ever part of The Plane's plans in 2017/18, but you never know when you're on that kind of coin.

That's rough on Hasler. They've won at least 13 games every year since he joined the Dogs. The only year he hasn't coached in the finals was his rookie year in 2004.

Very true, but it's bloody hard to get a quality half.

Always thought Farrah should have been who they should have chased.

No one is criticizing Hasler's achievements, he has been a pretty successful coach.

There are other issues which I'm sure we will hear more about regarding his being asked to move on.

I still have the dream that we win the comp in 2018 and Corey, Timmy and the boys yell out haynsey whilst holding the Norman summons trophy
