Strange thing , is when the Storm or others adopt the same stance, they are praised for not letting the cap get out of whack and lauded as an example .Those remarks do not bode well for keeping certain players
FFS we are all sick of excuses ... now a whole interview of them“Let’s come to the lowballing,” McElduff said in an excuse interview with News Corp.
Arthur has never had a dummy half who takes a lot of runs. This year Mahoney was more of a playmaker than a runner like Brandon Smith.BAs requirements of a hooker arent massive and Rheed is a tad injury prone. BAs game plan probably more suits a Brandon Smith type. Disappointed if he leaves but its always great to see new faces.
Care to share why?Nobody says he should be immune however everyone has their opinion and in my opinion he is as important to our side as Moses and Gutherson and more than Mahoney. However if I had to choose I’d be banking on Brown. I can however understand people preferring Mahoney.
He’s quick. Our team need pace. His defence is up there with the best for his position. He is relatively not injury prone. He is the type of player that appears to have more time than most which is an indication of class as the opposition are standing off him. His age.Care to share why?
He gets a mixture of positive and negative comments just like most other players. I don't think any of it is terribly unfair. Whats with the 'cut him some slack' bizzo? Are you his mum? Also plenty of wraps on him from some of the 'knowledgeable' commentators. All I was saying was that at 21 he probably still needs to be cut some slack. He is the best (or nearly the best) defensive half in the game and I can't recall him losing a game for us this year.
I respect his defence. Hopefully the longer he has together with Moses the more he can build on and improve his attack. The ingredients are there in attack even if the result hasn't been so far. He’s quick. Our team need pace. His defence is up there with the best for his position. He is relatively not injury prone. Not his mum mate. That is just silly. He gets a mixture of positive and negative comments just like most other players. I don't think any of it is terribly unfair. Whats with the 'cut him some slack' bizzo? Are you his mum?
Haha I just saw that. Some work experience kid said excuse instead of exclusive. Or was it deliberate ….FFS we are all sick of excuses ... now a whole interview of them

I’m not saying he’s shit. He’s just average. No running game makes him average. No speed makes him average. Not worth more than 450kTom f**king Starling and some merkin who hasn’t played in 2 years are better then Mahoney? hahahaha f**k me dead
The no running game notion is a bit of a myth IMO. I vividly recall him darting out of dummy half and setting up tries in the last couple of seasons. Sure, he might not do it as often as Damien Cook but how much is down to coaching direction and the call from his number 7?I’m not saying he’s shit. He’s just average. He doesn’t do it enough. If he could add that variety he would be very dangerous. In turn it relieves the pressure on Moses. Markers at the moment know that 90% of the time he will pass. The no running game notion is a bit of a myth IMO. I think he's more than capable, he just chooses his times to run more conservatively than others. He has the opposite problem to Dylan Brown who runs too often....
Parra contract meeting in Tigers territory paid for by the Bulldogs. Nothing surprises me these days. Are there at least no decent places to eat in Parra, anymore?Canterbury Leagues.
He ran quite a bit in the 20's, but under Bea Arthur Ball all he wants is a tackling machine that leads the line speed and to shovel the ball from dummy half. M Keating would of been a wet dream for Bea.The no running game notion is a bit of a myth IMO. I vividly recall him darting out of dummy half and setting up tries in the last couple of seasons. Inbred? There's a 'look' for that?4 years is too long for Gutherson. I would have preferred that he leave after 22 in all honesty.
As for Reed I am not too worried about losing him. He looks inbreed to me which isn't important but with the injuries and lack of running game it all mounts up.
I bags first crack at Hindy's brain. If that happens then it's time for fans to crack each other's heads open and feast on the goo inside.
