The Sims stuff is mail from a specific source I work with.
The Rheed/Dolphins stuff was a guess by me based on info from another source that NRL HQ are pissed at clubs, especially Dogs, going hard to effectively steal signings from Dolphins. I don’t believe he’s been officially announced still
