Going to the Darwin game with my wife and another couple. Never been to Darwin. Looking forward to it. I literally booked everything just now.

I hear a few will be joining us from here.
I went last year it was great. Giving it too broncos fans in the 2nd half when we were flogging them. Ended up back at the nightclub Monsoons after the game where Thurston and some parra players were.

Our family went up for a week as relatives come over from cairns and we all did Katherine/Kakadu as well.

Still weighing up this year to go yet.

The humidity though is through the roof especially at night. So be mindful of that when at the game.

Darwin/NT is a great place if you love the outdoors, so much to do. Lived there for a couple of years.

If you're an indoor type, may as well stay at home.

Go to seafood on cullen. Great view and the food is excellent. This comes from a guy who doesn't like all you can eat places. It has been 5yrs since I went but it was great.

How long are you staying? I could give you a few tips if are spending a week or two for example.
I flew into Darwin then hired a car and made my way slowly to Alice Springs and flew home from there.

Kakadu, Humpty Doo, West Alligator, and Berri Springs are definitely worth the day trip, Katherine is just a small rural town with a shitty windy road that takes forever to get there

If you go to Kakadu i wouldnt bother staying in jabiru nothing there we sort of wasted a night at the crocodile motel before driving up the road the next day and staying at the cooinda lodge resort where the yellow water cruise is.

Where do people think Ponga should go? He wants a title. Is he best at the Knights?
I feel if they can get the mo pney together Brisbane would be a great choice. They have great forwards and just need to fix the spine. With Ryenolds and Ponga I reckon they'd be a genuine threat.

For the sake of the game he should stay at the Knights. Of course, money talks and all that, but f**k the Broncos.
