sure you could put anything in any building ..... but have they? Or did they go cheap because its temporary and don't want to piss money away on temporary digs? ..... there would be a psycology element to rocking up to nice clean fancy facilities

and I don't know - maybe we did spend the $$$s to make it all nice? Anyone got any pics from inside the classrooms? .... maybe they are grubby footballers and shouldn't expect nice things lol
Absolutely. That was our point all along. The assertion was that it wasn’t possible. Whether we chose to get the best equipment that would maximise performance is on us.

I see what you did there. You took a cheeky post by me where I was taking the piss on @hineyrulz ‘s 24/7 shit talking the club and flipping it to me being content with just being top 8. Which is total rubbish and only makes you and everyone who liked your post, look like fools.

No, @Wally21 stated a few thoughts of his own. You know, like he had an opinion. You weren't even mentioned.
The bolded sentence of yours is poor form.

Just to qualify a couple of things you stated (and I will say up front that I am never happy when we finish less that premiers), however:
- our major junior nursery is worthless if we dont have the proper structures in place to bring players through and it was ignored from basically 2010 to 2015/16. If you look at where kids that were under 14/15's were when we shifted some of our clubs focus back to junior development, they are now only reaching the age where they will start popping up in first grade;
- the success of the leagues club and it's ability to fund the NRL side is actually limited to an extent by the NRL's soft cap on Football Club expenditure. Sure there are some small benefits available, but those need to be spend on longer term things like the CoE and not annual costs like operations/staff/etc. This softcap is actually there to make it a more level playing field for all clubs, regardless of how wealthy their owners are;
- Kellyville Park is far from an elite training centre with all the facilities being run out of demountables at present, including the gym the players use on a daily basis. It is an improvement on previous training facilities but dont get confused with what we dont yet have.

- the salary cap is obviously an attempt to level the playing field for player talent, however TPA's and other opportunities still exist that we dont seem to have (such as one-team-towns/golf bets/cheap housing development/etc).

So, while I agree that consistenly making the top 4 or top 6 is not the "success" we would all like, when you consider that there are few teams out there that haven't done this for a while, it is still a reasonable achievement.
And besides, the chances of winning the comp after round 25 if you arent in the top 8 are ZERO.
At least being in the top 8, we are still in with a fight come each September.
I don’t disagree with you. My point is that we have many things going our way, we are not underfunded, we have a large supporter base, our junior nursery, which may be broken, is still one of the largest and should be working for us, if it’s not, someone should be accountable in the organization.

I have no idea but whatever we have obviously isn't exactly state of the art as originally claimed.

If it was, why are we building a state of the art COE with govt money?
I have no idea what our equipment is like but I think you answered your own question…

It’s with govt money.

You know how hard it is to build anything with government money ? Glad I am not involved with that building!
Having worked in govt for the last 17 years in various capacities, yes I have an idea of the shit fight it can be. However, I also know many projects never go ahead without it.
