Stop making sense merkin.

Facts are that the NRL know it's the right thing to do, but I bet they have no idea how to transition. If they drew a line in the sand today, some clubs would be disadvantaged because new deals will not include TPAs yet some deals (Proctor 4 year deal for example) would remain on foot. Maybe they need to release all players and start from scratch for every club.
