When I had the spicy flu well firstly I wasn't aware and I just thought it was a normal flu. My RAT was negative the first day and wasn't untill I did it at the end of week it was positive.
I found it hard to sleep and was shaking. So I used some herbal medicine. The type you smoke. All symptoms disappeared and felt great for 3hrs. Doubt it fights the virus but it eliminated any symptoms if needed to try and sleep.
